Organised by the Rotary Club of Belagavi, an institution with an 81-year legacy of service, ANNOTSAV™ 2026 marks the 28th edition of this grand celebration of food, culture, entertainment, and togetherness.

Grand Opening Ceremony + Cultural Showcase
The festival opens with the inaugural function followed by a vibrant live performance by a local band, featuring Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi hits to set the festive mood.
Unplugged Musical Evening
Santosh Gurav and team present an intimate, studio-style unplugged performance — soulful, calm, and deeply engaging.
Hindi Rock Night
Shivam and Group take the stage with high-energy Hindi rock numbers, creating an electrifying experience for music lovers of all ages.
Open Dance Competition
